Job Role - Guest Experience Associate

Compensation: $11-$15 (inc tips) Employment type: full-time

Suit hospitality graduate, student, customer service. Start immediately/beginning of May for training.

Working 5 days, you must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (9.30am - 4.30pm) plus occasional Friday evenings. Manage total guest experience from 1st contact via email or phone through booking reservations & parties, to room set-up, taking orders and servicing guests every need & wish possible, with a positive professional attitude. Co-ordinating with the kitchen and team members. Asking questions at the right time to ensure you guide guests through the process, so the team can deliver the perfect end result, which means they love the level of service & hospitality you provide. They want to name YOU in their 5 star review & tell everyone they know that they must visit, so they too can receive such an amazing experience themselves. They then want to become a brand ambassador & come back time and time again bringing back more of their friends and people they know.

Your can-do attitude and your ever-smiling face will mean you will do everything you can to make their experience an amazing one. Ensuring parties are seated on time, that tables are cleared & reset so the next party can start on time - even if it means rolling up your sleeves and mucking in (clearing tables, washing-up, re-setting) as part of the team. You'll have the discipline of a performer (actor, dancer, musician, swimmer) or a coach or teacher. You'll be fast on your feet, able to be on your feet for 8 hours, a quick thinker, agile and able to lift 40lbs. Attitude and ability is more important than experience, as we will provide training on exactly how we do things around here.

Are you ready to be part of an outstanding team culture that has pride in their work, knowing the only thing they need to focus on is being the best they can be for their guests. Are you ready to be part of a very different dining experience where quirky British nonsense & fun is at the heart of every guest interaction - where we exceed expectations every day!

How to Apply If this sounds like a culture which will allow your brilliance to shine, then we want to hear from you. It's easy and we don't even need your resume - you just need to email Tina answering 3 simple questions. 1. Name an item from our menu and its price? (clue - its on our website) 2. Name an up and coming special event you'd like to be a part of and why? (it's on our website at www.TinasTraditional.com under events) - YOUR WHY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US 3.
